How To Redeem Your Free Play

1. Insert your Lucky North^® Club card in the machine (the bezel around the card will turn green) and follow the prompts.
2. Select the following:
   
   • Account > Personal Banker (enter PIN) > Transfer to Game > Points or Promo
3. Choose "Promo" for your Free Play and select or enter the amount you wish to download.

Please Note:

• Free Play cannot be cashed out.
• To put unused Free Play back on your account, repeat the process and press "Transfer from Game." Only unused Free Play can be transferred from the game. Credits worth cash must be cashed out with a voucher printout.
• Winnings may be cashed out with a voucher printout.
